Definition:

A fine smooth powder prepared from Visa (catsanabha) go mutra sodhita, Marica, Pippali kana (pippali), Gandhaka- suddha, and Tankana –suddha, Hingula-jambira rasa sodhita or Rasa (parade) suddha using specific parts and quantity.

Description:

A fine smooth powder, brick red to reddish in colour, odour faint and taste astringent

Therapeutic uses:

Sarva jvara, Visama jvara and Jirna jvara.

Dosage:

125 mg.

Anupana:

Mastu, Ardraka svarasa and Honey.
