Definition:
Āmalakyādi Cūrna is a powder preparation made with the ingredients in the Formulation composition given below.:- Āmla (Āmalakī API) Phyllanthus emblica , Citraka API (Plumbago zeylanica) , Pathyā (Harītakī API) (Terminalia chebula ),(Pippalī API (Piper logum ), Saindhava lavana API Rock salt.
Description:
Brown-coloured, smooth powder with pleasant odour and salty, spicy taste. The powder
completely pass on through sieve number 44 and not less than 50 per cent pass on
through sieve number 85
Therapeutic Uses: Aruci (anorexia); Agnimāndya (dyspepsia); Jvara (Fever); Ajirna
(indigestion).
Dose: 5 to 10 g daily in divided doses.
